The Museum hosts presentations every month of the year with the exception of December,January, February and August.

History

The little brick schoolhouse on Peach Alley and South Poplar Street is a structure well-established in history. It is the restored 1850 one-room school house that the Elizabethtown Historical Society calls home.

Programs

The Society hosts a speaker the 3rd Tuesday evening of each month, every month but December, January,February,March and August. The programs feature historical topics that have a wide range of appeal to residents of Elizabethtown and surrounding communities. The program begins at 7:30pm. We also feature in October a 3rd walking tour, where 1st person interpreneurs provide an informative hands on presentation for the local schools.
