Pine Lodge (Ehrman Mansion) at Sugar Point State Park

Description

The park features a nature center and a historic mansion along with walking trails and half a mile of lake front along Lake Tahoe.

History

Phipps Log Cabin was built in 1872. The historic Pine Lodge mansion was built in 1902 by Isias Hellmam and occupied by the family until 1964. The estate still retains all of the out buildings that supported the main house.
