History

Built by hazakeah Elgin, 1845. Early settler of Pike County,Missouri and Clarksville. Steam boat captian, developed the Mo. Mule,built first opera house and hotel in Clarksville. Father came to America on the mayflower. Mother was a cousin to John Adams. Origial land was a grant from President Manroe 1817.
