The Discovery Science Place is a non-profit, hands-on learning environment whose purpose is to open young minds to science, technology, math and cultures in order to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Our goal is to: Spark a child's natural curiosity & sense of wonder; Support teachers by providing tools such as programs and training that will assist in meeting curriculum objectives; Provide the family an environment in which to explore and learn together; Form partnerships with community agencies that address the educational needs of children.
