New exhibits are added at least once yearly with many special programs held throughout the year.

History

Located in a building built in 1907, the oldest building in Illinois built to serve as a Museum. Set in a large park including playgrounds, pool, farm zoo and other amenities.

Artifact Collections
Extensive collection of bird mounts. Other mounts, rocks, minerals, Native American, etc.
Programs

School programs, Scouting, teacher workshops, Family programming, all based on Natural History, Science and Anthropology. See website for details.
