The CVME is a cultural museum that preserves and exhibits the history, culture, artifacts and contributions historically of the Cape Verdeans and highlights our distinguished accomplishments by improving awareness/recognition resulting in ethnic notoriety and heritage preservation. This project is implemented by creating a display with books, artifacts, pictures and stories, etc., about Cape Verdeans. The exhibit gives recognition to the Cape Verdean community as well as providing an educational experience to all that visit our museum.

Coggeshall Farm Museum is Southern New England's only living history farm, featuring multi-sensory, hands-on interactions with Rhode Island's agricultural past. The museum recreates Bristol's agrarian life in 1799 through live interpretation, historic structures, and heirloom plants and animals.

The house at Clouds Hill was built as a wedding gift for Elizabeth Ives Slater on her marriage to Alfred Augustus Reed, Jr. The home passed from Elizabeth to her daughter, Helen, on to Elizabeth’s granddaughter, Anne, and finally to her great-granddaughter, Anne. Anne is the current owner and graciously invites you to visit her family home which is also a museum.
